Hazar International Company represented the Finnish, Temet Oy as an Authorized Agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over 30 years. This Finnish Company is an expert house in Military and Civil Shelters. It has executed many major projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia along with Saudi Aramco. Hazar and Temet Oy together arranged an advanced course for Shelter technology to the Ministry of Defense.
Hazar Instrumentation, System Integrators & Oil Field Supply Division
Hazar International Company represents world renowned manufacturers of high-tech process control analyzer systems used in power generation, petroleum, petro-chemical, oil and gas plus other process industries requiring very high standards of Process and control instrumentation.
Over the years, Hazar Company has established excellent business contact with Saudi Aramco, and Sabic group of Petrochemical industries in Saudi Arabia. Our important focus has been on the after sales technical service to our customers’ needs for installation, commissioning, startup and spot training to plant Engineers on site.
As a marketing strategy we regularly conduct presentation workshop to Engineers and analyzer experts at various Locations of Saudi Aramco and Sabic group of Petrochemical industries, this has enabled us to win the confidence and we are able to secure the orders from our Customers.

This superior cylinder is made from advanced polymeric and composite materials. The complete combines safety, quality and innovation into the future standard for gas containment.
Hazar Industries Company introduced these Cylinders to the Saudi Market and it has been highly appreciated by Saudi Customers and in that aspect Hazar Industries in the process to build a new factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SMH Rail Arabia Limited
Hazar International Company represents SMH Rail Sdn Bhd, Malaysian Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company SMH Rail Sdn Bhd (“SMH Rail”) is a service provider to the International Railway industry. SMH Rails is the only Railway Engineering service provider with ISO 9001:2008 and Association of American Railroads (“AAR”) accreditation in the ASEAN region.
SMH Rail’s disciplined focus on the railway industry had enabled it to develop and provide a range of valuable service of Diesel Locomotives, Electric Train Sets and Wheels and Axles.
SMH Rail Arabia Limited has initiated to build a factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to manufacture Kingdom’s first Wagon, Locomotive and Traction motors Facilities.
Sogerep Ltd. opened the first and only aviation Logistics Support Center in Saudi Arabia, maintaining offices and a bonded warehouse in downtown, Al-Khobar. Stocking Spare Parts, common hardware, and maintenance consumables for supporting Aramco and other customers throughout the Kingdom.
Sogerep Ltd. is the only company in Saudi Arabia specifically licensed and registered to Import, Export and Sell Aircraft, Aircraft Spare Parts and Aviation Support Equipment. Sogerep Ltd. is also specifically licensed to provide Training and Technical Expertise to both Pilots and Aircraft Maintenance Personnel.
SOGEREP LTD. arranged:
- Local support to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.
- For relocated Western Personnel.
- Logistical Support for the Delivery of their Helicopters and Spare Parts.
Provides Saudi Arabia with Helicopter and Fixed Wing Aircraft sales and support services. This includes spare part sales and support plus repair and overhaul services. Sogerep Ltd. is the ONLY Company in Saudi Arabia Specifically Licensed to Import, Stock and Sell, Aircraft Spare Parts.
Sogerep Ltd. has sold and supported Bell Helicopters Agusta Westland to Saudi Aramco, Saudi Geological Survey, Saudi Medevac, the Royal Saudi Air Force, the Royal Saudi Land Forces and several private companies in the region.
Sogerep Ltd. has nearly forty (40) years of experience in the Aviation industry with marketing and after sale support of such prestigious Aircraft and Helicopter manufacturers as Bell Helicopter Textron, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Hawker-Beechcraft and Agusta Westland.
Bell Helicopter Arabia Ltd. (BHAL)
Ownership of sixty percent of Bell Helicopter Arabia, Ltd. has allowed HAZAR to actively participate in the maintenance, operations and technical training for the Royal Saudi Air Force helicopters.
In addition, through this joint venture, BHAL has provided maintenance, operations and technical training for helicopters and other aircraft under the Ministry of Defense Medical Evacuation program.
Middle East Aviation
Through Middle East Aviation, a natural development out of Sogerep Ltd., and Bell Helicopter Arabia Ltd., Hazar provides sales and spare part support and services and outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In addition, Middle East Aviation offers maintenance, operations and technical training for helicopters. Working in conjunction with Sogerep Ltd., Middle East Aviation also handles overhaul and repair of Helicopter Engines and Spare Parts.
Substantial investments, both domestic and foreign, have been made under the names of Hazar and its owner, Sheikh Salman Bin Mohammed Bin Khalid Bin Hethlain.
Some of these investments are investments in Real Estate such as land for residential and industrial development in Saudi Arabia, revenue generating property in terms of shareholding in a hotel chain in Saudi Arabia. Sheikh Salman Bin Hethlain also has investments in high Technology manufacturers.
NATIONAL AIR SERVICES
Sheikh Salman Bin Mohammed Bin Khalid Bin Hethlain is also one of the Founders and Shareholders of National Air Services.

Flynas is the second largest carrier of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Flynas Umrah Services Company is licensed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to provide all needed services to Umrah pilgrims and visitors of the Holy Mosque during their stay in the Kingdom. These services include, hotels and rooms, catering, Transportation, attractions and tours.
Hazar International Company has entered into a joint venture with Westminster Group Plc, UK, a leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions worldwide.
Hazar and Westminster have entered into a shareholder’s agreement, registered in Saudi Arabia, under the name Westminster Arabia (‘the JV Agreement’). Under the terms of the JV Agreement, we have agreed to work exclusively together in the pursuit, amongst other things, of large-scale and long-term managed services security projects at KSA’s ports and airports.
The business opportunities for Westminster’s products and services within Saudi Arabia are substantial and the formation of Westminster Arabia will represent an important strategic development for the Group.
Under the Saudi Vision 2030 Privatization Program, introduced by his Highness the Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, the government’s objective is to strengthen the role of the private sector by unlocking state-owned assets by entering into Public Private Partnerships and Build-Operate-Transfer concession arrangements and outsourcing of services.
